Titilope Eleshinnla is a passionate educator, trained early childhood educator, social worker, child advocate, and visionary leader whose work is driven by a deep commitment to nurturing children and helping them reach their fullest potential. Hailing from Osun State, Nigeria, she brings together academic knowledge, practical experience, creativity, and a genuine love for children in her approach to education and leadership.
She holds a degree in Philosophy from the University of Ibadan, a Master’s degree in Social Work, and a qualification in Child and Adolescent Mental Health. Her multidisciplinary educational background has shaped her understanding of human behaviour, child development, emotional well-being, and the importance of creating an environment where every child feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.
As the Head of School at Teamville Montessori School, Titilope is committed to providing an educational experience that recognises every child as a unique individual with distinctive abilities, interests, and potential. Her leadership philosophy centres on nurturing the whole child intellectually, socially, emotionally, and creatively, while encouraging independence, confidence, responsibility, and a lifelong love of learning.
Beyond her role in education, Titilope is the driving force behind Sons and Daughters, an NGO dedicated to supporting vulnerable and orphaned children, particularly in underserved rural communities. Through this work, she champions children's welfare, access to education, and opportunities for a brighter future. Her commitment reflects her belief that every child deserves dignity, protection, love, and the opportunity to fulfil their potential, regardless of their circumstances.
A naturally creative and resourceful individual, Titilope enjoys turning ideas into practical realities. Her creativity, hands-on approach, and flair for event planning reflect her ability to think innovatively, organise effectively, and bring people and ideas together to create meaningful experiences. She is a collaborative leader who values teamwork, welcomes fresh perspectives, and believes that strong partnerships among educators, parents, and school management are essential to children's success.
Her leadership is guided by empathy, intentionality, innovation, and a strong belief in the transformative power of education. She is particularly passionate about raising children who are not only academically capable but also emotionally grounded, socially responsible, confident, compassionate, and independent.
For Titilope, education is more than the transmission of knowledge; it is the intentional process of shaping character, discovering potential, and preparing children to contribute meaningfully to society.
At Teamville Montessori School, she continues to pursue her vision of raising a total child a child equipped not only for academic success but also for life, relationships, leadership, and responsible citizenship.
Her enduring commitment is to ensure that every child entrusted to her care is seen, heard, nurtured, and given the opportunity to become the very best version of themselves.
